The answers you select in the questionnaire, the language you chose, the resulting checklist, and — if you type a free-text question — that question and the answer given. Nothing else: no name, no email unless you volunteer one for the waitlist, no payment details, no account.
Why
To render your checklist and to let you pick up where you left off. Question and answer logs are kept for quality review, so wrong or confusing content can be found and corrected.
How long
Sessions, events and question logs are deleted after 180 days by a scheduled job. A waitlist contact is kept until you ask for it to be removed.
Where
On servers in Frankfurt, Germany. Data is not transferred outside the EU.
Who else sees it
Two processors. Anthropic receives the text of the step you are on and any free-text question, in order to phrase and translate the reply. Telegram receives your messages if you use the bot rather than the website. Nobody else.
Your rights
You can download everything held about you, and you can have it erased — both are buttons at the bottom of the questionnaire, and /export and /delete in the bot. Erasure is immediate and removes every row, including the question logs.
